How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings → Legal & Privacy → Delete Account. Your account enters a 14-day grace period (you can cancel during this time), after which your data is permanently removed. If you can't open the app, email [email protected] from your account's email address.

I bought coins but didn't receive them

First reopen the app — purchases usually restore automatically. If they don't, email [email protected] with the date and approximate time of purchase.

How do refunds work?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. See our Terms for how refunds affect your coin balance.

What are hearts / energy?

Hearts let you play levels and refill over time. You can wait for them to refill or use coins to refill sooner.
